I am a Minnesota transplant originally from Pennsylvania. I studied English at Middle Tennessee State University and started my career in Boston. Having lived in multiple cities and traveled extensively, I am comfortable with transition and ambiguity. I enjoy challenging myself, learning new systems, and helping teams grow.

In May, I was promoted to my current role where I manage over 150 government and international accounts. These accounts include high-profile clients like the U.S. Securities and the Supreme Court Library. This client-centered role allows me to work across departments to resolve customer issues, analyze client data, and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue.
Government/International Sales Coordinator (May 2022 - May 2024)
After being promoted from Sales Assistant, I received the opportunity to collaborate with key company stakeholders to manage government and international sales. I oversaw communications from various sales and support channels, resolved inquiries and complaints, and nurtured pivotal client relationships.
Sales Assistant (Jan 2020 - May 2022)
In this role, I managed four sales inboxes, addressed concerns from over 100 law professors and authors, and maintained strong relationships through effective communication. I also supported account managers, led NetSuite and customer platforms, and collaborated on marketing and editorial initiatives.
